During my recent visit to Dubai, I had the true honor of meeting H.E. Cláudia Pinto, Head of Philanthropy and Sustainability and Advisor to H.H. Sheikh Marwan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Founder of Empowering Women Middle East. The meeting was both inspiring and deeply meaningful, reflecting the values of leadership, purpose, and collaboration that drive real change.

I was delighted to personally present her with a copy of my book and to engage in an insightful exchange around leadership, purpose driven impact, and the critical role women entrepreneurs play in shaping sustainable and resilient economies. Our conversation highlighted the importance of creating environments where women are supported not only to participate, but to lead and thrive.

What stood out most was the shared belief that collaboration between visionaries, policymakers, and community leaders can unlock powerful opportunities. When diplomacy, social responsibility, and clear intent come together, they create pathways for women to grow their businesses, expand their influence, and build lasting impact across the region and beyond.

I am grateful for the inspiration, the warmth of the exchange, and the shared commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs and fostering inclusive economic growth. Experiences like this reinforce why Dubai continues to be a place where meaningful dialogue turns into action, and where ideas evolve into tangible outcomes for the future.
